ZKD series multi-shafts diaphragm wall drilling rigs
are new type equipment for soft soil reinforcement
with SMW method. They are suitable applied to
following fields as city high buildings, subway
stations, the construction of the basement soil
blocking, seepage prevention wall, riverbank,
water conservancy project, etc.

> High operation efficiency, high guide reliability and high wall precision with less than
0.2% verticality.
 >  Powerful working capacity, the reinforce depth is 30 meter and the wall width is
0.36~1.0 meter.
 >  Many pairs of auger blades on the shafts can mix soil and curing agent effectively,
which make the wall uniform and compact, thus increasing the wall strength and the
capacity of leakage protection.
 >   No vibration, low noise, no environment pollution, nor lateral extrusion which is few
influence on building near job site during the working.
 >  Used in multi curve pass and small radius dam and soft soil foundation reinforce, due
to equipped with suitable base machine.
 >   It could be equipped with BZ70 Hydraulic walking frame.
